Web Strategy & Content Design for Public Health Initiatives
Clients: NIH (NINDS), CDC / NACDD
Role: Strategic direction, layout planning, copy guidance, visual look & feel
For these high-visibility federal health websites, I led the strategy behind content structure, copy tone, and layout design—ensuring each experience was intuitive, accessible, and audience-focused.
On the NIH/NINDS 75th Anniversary site, I helped translate a legacy of neuroscience research into a clear, engaging narrative framework that honored the past while spotlighting future goals.
With CDC and NACDD projects, including Conversations About Cancer and the Event Exhibit Booths microsite, I developed user-centered pathways that support honest dialogue, drive engagement at events, and make complex information feel human, navigable, and actionable.
Each site reflects a careful balance of message clarity, visual coherence, and strategic storytelling—built to resonate with real people and real public health challenges.
