Cancellation Policy

WRITING SERVICES Booking Policy: All projects require a signed agreement and 50% deposit before work begins Project timeline begins upon receipt of deposit and all required materials Rush orders (under 7 days) incur a 25% surcharge Revisions beyond scope require additional payment at hourly rate Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled start: Full refund minus 10% processing fee Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund Cancellations after work has begun: No refund, but completed work will be delivered COURSE/TRAINING Booking Policy: Registration requires full payment or approved payment plan Course materials provided 24 hours before start date Minimum enrollment of 1 participant required Maximum class size: 8 participants Cancellation Policy: 14+ days before course: Full refund minus 5% processing fee 7-14 days before: 75% refund 3-7 days before: 50% refund Less than 3 days: No refund, but access to recorded session provided Course cancellation by instructor: Full refund plus 10% credit for future courses Waitlist Policy: Automatic waitlist when course reaches capacity 48-hour priority booking when spots open Waitlist members receive 10% discount on next available session Alternative course dates offered when possible
